Refund Policy

Since Turnstyle Creative LLC provides services on a quoted and/or hourly basis, we do not issue refunds if the amount quoted was agreed upon between Turnstyle Creative LLC and its customers, or if the customer agreed to hire Turnstyle Creative LLC on an hourly basis. In the event that Turnstyle provides tangible goods such as printed materials, a full or partial refund may be requested if the tangible goods do not meet the project requirements defined between Turnstyle Creative LLC and the customer. Project requirements must be defined prior to the project's completion. All refund requests will be reviewed by and action decided upon by Turnstyle Creative LLC. The deadline for any refund claim on tangible goods is one week after the delivery date.
